VERT

Vert is a high-end industrial restaurant which grows its food onsite in vertical hydroponic gardens by day, and hosts an experimental cocktail club by night.

More than 50% of the food is grown on site in upright gardens which are housed within the restaurant venue - each one lit by purple LED lights. Specialty herbs are cultivated on the roof providing custom interest year round to seasonal distillations.
